Consorzio TRAIN (Consortium for RTD on Innovative Transport) is a private non-profit organization (legal entità composed of members) – - promoted by ENEA, the Italian National Agency for New Technology, Energy and the Environment, and established in 1998 for cooperation between RTD organisations, industry (Large companies and SME as well), and other national economic operators in the transport sector, in order to enhance the Italian research and demonstration output and effectiveness within land transport and maritime technologies. At present membership includes: ENEA, Ansaldo STS Spa, Ansaldobreda Spa, D’Appolonia Spa, Reggiane Cranes and Plants Spa, Bertolotti Spa, Università degli Studi di Salerno, MerMec Spa, ETT srl, Ferraioli & C. Srl, Geocart Srl.

Comune di Roma – X Dipartimento “Politiche Ambientali e del verde urbano” - is in charge for defining and applying policies of the city of Rome, with regard to all aspects of city environment. His responsibility includes the residential, agricultural and services sectors as well as waste management.

Fondazione – is a non-profit research and training foundation. It was promoted by FLAI CGIL (Italian Union for Agro-industry workers) in 2004. The aim of Fondazione Metes is to promote and spread working values and reasons through the instruments of research, knowledge, training and information to support sustainability culture and policies for a socially and environmentally sustainable development.

Itene - is a Research Institute constituted as a private non-profit research centre integrated by more than 400 companies, organisations and institutions related to Packaging, Transport and Logistics.
